Patty is one of the newest Export Finance Managers for the Small Business Administration – joining 21 colleagues around the nation who help small businesses finance their exports. 

Patty received a BBA in International Business from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. 

Immediately out of Grad School, she started as a volunteer at the Galveston Small Business Development Center and continued as an employee for six years before moving to EXIM Bank. She is one of the few EXIM employees who has worked in multiple lending divisions; Business Credit, Trade Finance, and Multi buyer. In the past three years, she processed more than $186 million in Multi-buyer transactions. During her ten years in Trade Finance, she completed 152 transactions supporting agricultural equipment, trailers, printers, heating systems, silos, and tractors.  

Patty is also a senior fellow with the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government and a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.
