Ashley Nadir

Ashley Ndir recently joined the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Foreign Commercial Service Officer where she will serve her domestic assignment with the Denver U.S. Export Assistance Center. Ashley joins the team after having worked as the Deputy Program Director for the U.S. Energy Association (USEA) where she worked on Power Africa partnerships funded through USAID. Prior to her position with USEA, Ashley had the opportunity to work with the USAID mission in Ethiopia on the Private Sector Engagement team and Power Africa.
Ashley possesses a wealth of international experience having lived or worked for over a decade in sub-Saharan Africa as well as the Eastern Mediterranean. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon (09-11) and holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Global Human Development and a bachelor’s degree from The Colorado College in Economics and Business.
